Janet talks Dupri

In an radio interview with Atlanta's The Bert Show Janet Jackson speaks of her love for her ex Jermaine Dupri saying the following

“I’m not the type of girl that stays in touch with your ex like that,” Jackson, 43, claims.

But it’s a different story with Dupri. “Jermaine is one of my best friends. I love him to death. We’re still connected. We’re still good friends. We still talk.”

It has been a tough year for Jackson since the death of her brother in June. Then, she and Dupri decided to take a break from an eight-year relationship due to music career conflicts in July. Reports have claimed they reunited in September for Dupri’s birthday in Lake Como, Italy.

“There is a still a lot of love there,” a close friend spilled.

“We’re there for one another,” Jackson said of Dupri. “I think it will remain that way for the rest of my life.”
