Jon Gosselin's apartment in New York City was apparently burglarized and destroyed. Some manic went inside of his place and sliced everything to ribbons, broke expensive things, shattered everything they could reach and stole a bunch of his property. BUT, if you know Jon or know of him and his hungry for fame ways then you would smell the bullshit just as much as I do. This man is so damn thirsty for fame that I wouldn't put it past him to be the one who did this.

I believe with every fiber of my being that he hired some goon to go in and rip his place to shred because this man HATES being out of the tabloids and gossip sites. He was ordered not to say one word to anyone in the media about anything. I could see that man hiring some goon to do that and to top it all off the person left a butcher knife and a note with his ex-girlfriends name stabbed through onto a wall...gtf outta here.... I know it wasn't her..I bet it wasn't a crazed fan or a stalker since nobody but him cares about him and I would be willing to put money on this shit....anywhoo

He was a no-show at his court date yesterday and now Jon Gosselin has been ordered by a Maryland judge to stop making media appearances. The “Jon and Kate Plus 8” father has been accused of violating his contract with TLC network, and will not be allowed to appear in the media until the beginning of his trial on April 19th. At that point the injunction will be revisited.

Edward Sabin, COO of TLC claimed that Gosselin’s many appearances and endorsements actually damaged the popularity of the reality show and brought about an image that the network wasn’t comfortable with. He explained, “Photos of Jon Gosselin with scores of bikini-clad women was inconsistent with our image brand of our show.”

Following the hearing, TLC released a statement saying, “The Court has validated our view that Mr. Gosselin has a valid, binding contract and that he has breached it repeatedly. Step one – getting the court to order Mr. Gosselin to comply with his contractual obligations – has been accomplished. Any further breaches going forward will be violations of a court order. We look forward to the next phase of the litigation, which is to pursue our claim for damages resulting from Mr. Gosselin’s numerous breaches.”

Amen! Finally the father of the decade won't be gracing us any longer with his filth, well at least not legally. How this man could live with himself and sleep at night after leaving those children is beyond me. If your going to sit and have all those damn kids i think it's an obligation and duty to do what ever in the hell you have to for them kids. TLC paid that couple enough to where that man could have stayed in another room for all I care. Leaving 8 kids like that and THEN gallivanting around the U.S with those females like that ish was cute...smh

He really is not that important

Jon Gosselin believes his time and energy is worth somewhere around $12,000-per hour -- because that's how much he's demanding to appear on a Florida radio show. TMZ is reporting that Gosselin's rep tried to book Jon on a radio show with outrages demands.

The radio show offered two first class round trip plane tickets, limo service and a "first class" hotel room -- but that wasn't enough to seal the deal. Gosselin's rep requested an "appearance fee ... in the 10-12K range."

Team Gosselin justified the amount by saying, "[Jon's] name and appearance on your show will instantly draw press ... and will be a high point for the show." The rep also describes Gosselin as "quite funny, sharp witted and interesting."

The radio host tells us he "fell out of his chair" when he read the demand. Looks like Jon will have to go back to "Entertainment Something" to lock down that kind of money.

I'm sorry but please believe me when I say Jon that aint no one tuning in for you...maybe your soon to be ex- wife but def not you....
