On January 5th -- one day after TMZ broke the story that title to the 8,347 square foot Tarzana, Ca mansion was held in Lamar's name alone -- Odom filed a new legal document to make the mansion JOINT property. According to the prenup, Lamar has the right to keep the home in his name alone so I guess Khloe got up in his azz and was a tad bit embarrassed that the world knew her man was keeping her name off things. Who would have thought it would last this long?

Trouble in paradise

It has been ten weeks since their uber-quick wedding and it looks like the honeymoon is over for newlyweds Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom. Rumor has it that they got into quite the argument during dinner at Phillippe Chow restaurant on Wednesday night. An eyewitness told press, “Lamar caused a huge scene. He got jealous because Khloe was texting at the table and he yelled at her to quit it. She refused, so he stormed off and sat alone at the bar. Khloe just ignored him.”

“He went and sat at the bar and watched TV by himself. Khloe was with her best friend [Malika Hagg] and the poor girl was totally stuck in the middle. She was running back and forth between the bar and the table trying to make peace but Lamar kept just saying ‘I’m not talking to her. Let her talk to her phone. She can be alone with her phone.’ It was bad. Finally he stomped back over to the table and grabbed the keys and left a couple of hundreds on the table. Khloe just turned her back to him so he walked out the front door.”

“Everyone thought Lamar had left but then he pulled around front in his SUV and the girls went out and jumped in. Khloe looked really beautiful. She has lost even more weight, but she didn’t look happy. She looked really upset.”

Well...hmmm we shall see what happens, I know the first year of marriage is the absolute hardest but they did get married within a month of knowing each other so umm yea.

Stop snitching! Rashad McCants blast Khloe

Khloe Kardashian’s former boyfriend, Rashad McCants, says that they faked their relationship for her show.

On an episode of E!’s “Keeping up with the Kardashian's” Khloe and Kourtney hack into Rashad’s voicemail and listen to phone messages left by females, and accuse him of cheating. But McCants is speaking up and saying that they “made the whole thing up” because they didn’t even have his phone number.

He also added that he and Khloe “had already called it quits” back in January before the taping even began.

After Lamar Odom went down with a leg injury during Thursday's game against the Sacramento Kings -- Khloe chose to bail on her flight to Las Vegas the next day for Kim's birthday at Tao nightclub ... just so she could help nurse her hubby's boo-boo.

Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian have struck a prenup deal

Lamar and Khloe have finally reached an agreement, in a nut shell she can not touch his 33 million but he will finance their livelihood. Khloe will get an annual lump sum which will stay the same throughout the entire length of marriage. He will also buy their real estate.

We will see...I'm not one to bash them for their quickie union, sometimes that's just what you may need to do. But I'm still going to give them the side eye.
