First victim identified

The Cuyahoga County Coroner's Office has identified the first victim from the home of registered sex offender Anthony Sowell. The body of Tonia Carmichael was identified through DNA evidence. She was reported missing in November 2008 when she was 52 years old.

Police Chief Michael McGrath says her remains were buried in the back yard and had marks indicating she was strangled. Carmichael's daughter Markiesha Carmichael-Jacobs says her mother struggled with drug addiction and frequented Sowell's neighborhood.

Carmichael is one of 10 bodies and a skull found in Sowell's 3 story house. Investigators say the skull belongs to an 11th victim whose body has yet to be located. Sowell, 50, a registered sex offender who lives in the home, was ordered held without bail today on five counts of aggravated murder, as well as rape, felonious assault and kidnapping.

This is the shit I'm talking about. This is the times we are living in...were living next door to serial effing killers, rapist, it's insane.
