Turns out these idiots were planning this entire stunt for over two weeks!!! The great thing is that both parents will be charged with delinquency to a minor which is a felony, conspiracy, false reporting and attempt to influence an officer.
They are facing 6yrs in prison and a 500,000 fine. Since this is their first offense they probably wont be facing any jail time but they will be required to pay back any and all damages they caused the city and that poor field they destroyed.
Turns out they have been planning this ish for two weeks and the best part is they called the news before they dialed 911 lol idiots!!!!!
Children protective Services is now investigating them and I hope they do what's best for those children.
