You have to be sick to walk up to a woman and punch her in the face...punch her anywhere actually and thankfully he is where he belongs. What is going on in the world?
Twenty three-year-old Peter Kowalczyk was charged with assault this afternoon after punching Leona Lewis during her book signing this week.
The Metropolitan Police announced that he will be appearing before the City of Westminster Magistrates' Court in two weeks on October 26th. As of now, the man has been sectioned under the Mental Health Act.
Hopefully he will stay there for quite sometime
